Thanks for the support everyone! The website has an average increase in usages and new users every month of about 20%. I'm no web development expert, but that's pretty good. Later!

August 20, 2009 "It's Been Slow"

Hey guitar players. Thanks again for all of the emails, youtube comments, and members comments. I'm glad that the website is continuing to help you guys. It's always good to hear feedback from the website users, so thanks for being involved. About a month ago, bass guitar lessons were added to the website. More bass guitar lessons are coming, don't worry. I've also had more requests for guitar lesson videos on areas like picking patterns, and don't worry, they are coming too. Not only are picking pattern lessons coming, but picking technique lessons for lead guitar as well. Please continue to send in suggestion on lessons, as well as request and contribute custom video lessons. Updating the website and adding new lessons with notes has been slow lately because I personally have been swamped with other things. But I can't wait to continue to build this website. Thanks for your support.

July 19, 2009 "Bass Guitar Lessons"

I have now added new lessons! Bass Guitar Lessons. I think it is important as a guitar player to learn bass guitar. It is hard to find bass players, so playing bass is a great way to possibly make some extra money in the future if you are hoping to have a career in the music industry. So far I have added four new bass guitar lessons. All of them on thumping, or slap bass. These are not beginner lessons, although I will be adding beginner lessons very soon in the next few weeks so keeping looking out for them. In the near future you'll see more lessons on thumping, finger tapping, bass walking, the basics, bass chords, harmonics, and others. If you do not play bass, you might find that bass guitar is a pretty fun instrument. If anything, more bass players are definitely needed in the world of music today. I love bass, and I hope these new instrumental lessons will help.

June 18, 2009 "Live Chat"

I think I just added the coolest thing (other than the free videos) to the website since the beginning of site. In the members area, there is a NEW LIVE CHAT room. It features normal chatting of course, audio and video chatting as well. It has a few other cool features that you can check out too. Its in the Members Area of the website. Be sure to Sign In or Join the website using one of your pre-existing screen names or emails with Google. Catch me in the chat room when you can. Who knows, maybe I can directly help you through a live video lesson while im there. I'll probably have a certain time that I'll be in the chat room that I'll post sooner or later. For now, join the site and chat with other members. Many other cool new features to come. The site is still young.

Recently I have added an AaronsGuitarLessons.com Facebook page. So if you belong to the Facebook family, please show your love and join the page. Ultimate-Guitar.com has a TV channel, Ultimate-Guitar.tv. Today, the UGTeam featured a lesson video of mine on the TV home page! that was kinda cool! hopefully i will have more featured on there as well. As far as new lessons, i added a lesson on how to read my chord and scale charts, along with basic tabs. Go to The Basics, and down to the bottom and you'll see the title. Also today, AaronsGuitarLessons.com hit the highest amount of hits and visits!! Thanks so much for your support. As you can see, ads have been added around the page. April 8, 2009 "Making The Site Easier To Use"

Yo. I've been trying to think of new ways to develop this site to be more user friendly. It's a pretty straight forward site, but since my purpose was to create a site with only video lessons, I also wanna create the explainations of the site in video form. Although the text will stay, most of the pages like the Lessons Content pages will have video giving full explainations about the lessons. I hope this helps. The site has been up for about 4 months now and going strong. AaronsGuitarLessons.com is getting more hits and visits every month. Keep spreading the word about these free video lessons.

I've also updated The Basics page alittle. I wanted to share some songs that you should be able to start playing after the first basic guitar lessons. All these song titles are linked up to the TAB at Ultimate-Guitar.com. Let me know if you find this helpful.

Remember to Sign-Up For a Subscription!!!! Visit Lesson Services to find out how.

March 6, 2009 - "More Ways To Learn Guitar"

What's up dudes and chicks. I'm on the way to Texas to play a show and making some updates to the site as well. Thank god for technology. So I've been thinking of new ways to help you guys learn more of what you want to learn on guitar and music in general. I've been getting loads of emails requesting videos and even more emails with tons of questions about learning more on guitar. So for all of you who want ALL of your questions answered, check out Lesson Services.

I've also had requests to produce small studio projects, which I am glad to do. For any studio related projects such as guitar tracks, vocal removal, and song compliations, check out Studio Services.

In other news, Ruckus is no longer available. So downloading my album free for college students through Ruckus is no longer available, but I thank those who supported that promotion. My music is still available on iTunes and many other downloading websites.

January 16, 2009 - "More is coming, be patient."

What's up everyone. Thanks a lot for your input so far into my lesson videos and website. I'm getting a good bit of requests for more Andy Mckee stuff, more tapping songs, show how to create solos, and just how to play random songs. Thanks so much for getting into the lessons. You'll learn so much more that way. But just be patient. I've only been working on these videos for about two months now and I'm making them as fast as possible. It took a little work to build this website too. But rest assure, all the lesson ideas that I just listed will most def be made into video lessons for you. I had planned on making those anyway. Be on the look out for them. Until you get what you want, register on the Forum and discuss the lessons with others. It helps other people out a lot, and you might find more help yourself. Please continue with the feedback, thanks.

-Aaron

January 9, 2009 - "New Site Updates"

Yo. There have been a few updates to the site. Check out the Forum first of all. Register to use it if you haven't already. Also, there have been additions made to "Chord Theory" and "Lead Guitar" lessons. Chord charts have been added to some Chord Theory lessons, and scale charts have been added to a few Lead Guitar lessons. This is a work in progress. This actually takes longer than making the videos. So be patient as more information is added, FOR FREE, to help you better learn guitar.

December 30, 2008 - "Check out the Forum"

Hello my fellow YouTubers and guitar students. I've added a Forum to the website. The Forum is use for any discussions about anything on the site. The lessons, website news, post any comments, whatever you like. This is to help you have more resources in learning guitar as well as help you meet other guitar players like yourself around the world. You must register to be able to post any topics, but you can read anything you like as a guest. I have started the Forum by adding topics to discuss on. Email me if you are having any trouble registering or posting topics.
