Aaron I am currently deployed and have dreamed of playing guitar for some time. Your lessons are by far the best I have found, especially since I am wanting to play Christian music and Country for my kids. Thank you for investing so much of your time for us. God Bless!

I’ve learned to play the G in chord a different way. So which one is better because the one i learned was 3nd finger 3rd fret 6th string, then 2nd finger 2nd fret 5th string and my pinky on the 1st string 3rd fret.

Aaron Tomberlin says:
yeah of course. I would start with The Basics… watch through all of those lessons. Then move to Chord Theory, watch all of Real Chords to Know and Cool Chords To Know, as well as the video called Nashville Number System. Then move to Lead Guitar, and watch the videos on scales (major and minor especially). That should give you a few good weeks of learning.
