About Finger Tapping Style

No you don't need more fingers to do this. Your 10 will work just fine. Finger Tapping Style guitar has started to become popular just in the last few years. This is a "new" fad among guitars, a new way of playing guitar. To most people, it doesn't even make sense. It seems like another instrument to most guitarists. Well it's not. It's the same instrument. This IS possible. With a few bruises and exercises, as well as a lot of practicing, you can do this too.

Finger Tapping Style has been seen mostly as "amazing guitar videos" across the internet. This style of guitar features artists such as Andy Mckee, Justin King, Erik Mongrain, and many others. Many of these artists tune to different tunings such as DADGAD and FACFCF to write most of their songs. But, this style of playing can also be done in standard tuning which will be demonstrated in the lesson videos. You'll learn a few exercises to get you going with the techniques, then soon you'll learn how to actually play some simple songs to more advanced songs.

Learn How To Play Poplar Tapping Songs
These songs are very advanced guitar playing. These are basically modern classical guitar pieces. So imagine trying to sit down and learn a classical guitar piece by Bach. These songs will take awhile to learn, unlike perhaps "Good Riddance" by Green Day. Not only are they complicated to learn, they are complicated to write. But learning a guitar piece from another artist is a great way to build techniques that you might would have not acquired naturally.
